WHAT ARE THE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION?Prepares and maintains reports, records, and information Develops and maintains databases, spreadsheets, and/or web pages Collects, compiles and distributes information and data on a scheduled or ad hoc basis Coordinates the development of business materials for the function Assists in special projects, analyses, and performing financial and statistical research Analyzes and develops new procedures to improve processes Maintains and uses applicable procedural manuals and other reference materials Works with outside vendors to resolve issues

WHAT KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS ARE NEEDED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS POSITION?Takes initiative in support of customer or operational needs, requirements, and issues Provides technical expertise for area of specialization May perform administrative duties

ITEMS OF NOTEMay require passing additional background checks May work a non-traditional schedule including weekends, evenings, overnights, and/or holidays May be required to work overtime may be required to attain and retain state licenses May be required to have knowledge of laws and regulations which pertain to the job
