This position will be responsible for consulting on a broad spectrum of lending-related opportunities, along with productivity improvement and process re-engineering engagements.In this role you will be responsible for:• Building Client Relationships by understanding the buyer's perspective and values.• Developing a network of contacts and relationships within client/prospect organization.• Demonstrating insight to the client/prospect's decision-making process, how they buy professional services, who the key decision-makers are, and available budget.• Effectively dealing with client or prospect objections and barriers in the sales process.• Showing sensitivity to client culture, paradigms and perspective.• Searching for and communicating ways to improve client satisfaction.• Creatively integrating our delivery capabilities to meet client needs. • Continuously qualify and prioritize our pursuit of new/existing opportunities.• Accessing data regarding the client/prospect business environment.• Adapting quickly too many different and changing client situations. • Articulating knowledge and relevant information in a manner that the client understands. • Recognizing the long-term personal commitment and follow-through needed to maintain client relationships throughout the sales cycle. • Leveraging the benefits of executive level/key buyer relationships in the selling process. Requirements:• 10 plus years of Banking / Financial Services industry experience specializing in lending products.• 5 plus years of consulting sales experience.• High level communication skills, with experience at executive management level presenting results of analytical problem solving, financial projections or modeling of the results and recommendations of implementation steps.• Ability to prepare and deliver professional presentations to support findings and results of all related project analysis and results.• Ability to perform detailed analytical analysis and develop comprehensive problem solving solutions.• Proven performance understanding of the value and realizes the benefits of team-based selling.• Ability to plan an effective sales meeting and sales call.• Proficiency using Word, Power Point, Excel and Access.Experience: More than 10 yearsEducation: Bachelors Degree/Equivalent Work Exp.Travel Required: YesTravel Percentage: 75Shift: First ShiftWork Schedule: M-FBy joining Metavante Corporation you'll take advantage of an outstanding salary and performance-based pay, as well as the industry's most progressive and sought after benefits.
