Banking CSR/Teller

Requirements Must have a minimum of 2 years banking experience, as well as 2 years of customer service, with strong customer service skills General knowledge of banking rules and regulations and banking policies and procedures Excellent organizational and decision making skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Positive attitude, maintaining a pleasant demeanor at all times Keyboarding skills of 40 to 50 wpm Proficient PC/Internet skills (Microsoft Office including Word and Excel) Detail orientated and ability to multi-task Must be able to sit for extended periods of time


Responsibilities
Front-line customer service position to handle teller and customer service requests Sell and cross-sell bank products and services Assists Banking Center Manager with many operational duties and responsibilities Serves as backup to Financial Service Rep during peak and heavy traffic times Provide customer service for miscellaneous account issues that occur within the banking center Must be able to communicate with customers and make decisions based on the best interest of the customer and bank Ability to multi-task and serve as back-up to new accounts area
