A successful mortgage firm in Little Rock is seeking bilingual customer service representatives to assist in several roles within their organization. Immediate openings are available for Spanish-speaking bilingual candidates. Current shifts available are Monday - Friday 11am-8pm, 12pm-9pm, 2pm-11pm, as well as Tuesday - Friday 9am-6pm/Saturday 8am-2pm. All interested candidates with a bilingual skill set are encouraged to apply! This company is a very progressive organization which offers employees the opportunity to earn quarterly and annual incentives and bonuses. The environment is very friendly, with a strong emphasis on teamwork. You would be assisting customers who have questions and concerns regarding their mortgage loans.  

Essential Requirements:

The employee must project an extremely friendly, courteous, patient, and helpful professional demeanor at all times even under adverse conditions.  They must perform job responsibility in a very accurate manner, which safeguards the mortgage company’s assets and will provide effective, error-free service to the customers.  The employee should have working knowledge in the use of personal computer, Internet, calculator, fax machine, printer and other business machines.  They must have excellent personal relations skills, excellent telephone etiquette, writing skills, and be willing to attend extensive systems training.
