Bilingual Spanish-Inbound Business to Business Sales Position

You will be working from leads generated from the client’s referral base, representing a LEADING PAYROLL PROVIDER; the sales associate will be responsible for providing information to promote the sale of payroll and HR products to small business owners.  Develop and grow customer relationships. Provide forecasting to Sutherland Management. Provide feedback to assist in process improvements to increase organizational performance. Responsible for growth of pipeline, Provide follow-up and solutions to potential customers. Communicates important information to potential customers on promotions, new products, etc. Demonstrate professionalism by creating a positive image for the LEADING PAYROLL PROVIDER that you will be representing.  Meet or exceed monthly quotas for sales. Close sales opportunities for client. Work within a team to achieve program level results. Making out bound calls to businesses to promote our client's product for their payroll needs. Develop and grow customer relationships. Responsible for growth of pipeline. Provide follow-up and solutions to potential customers.
