Branch Administration Assistant

We are a Community Bank headquartered in North Texas serving as one of the leading PLP providers of SBA loans in the nation.

 

We are seeking a qualified, experienced Commercial Bank Branch Administration Administration.

 

This position audits and reconciles branch records of proof, reports, logs, computer data and exceptions to ensure compliance of workers with standard procedures and practices at all locations on a regular basis.  Need overall understanding of new accounts operations.  Need experience with internet banking.  Experience with Jack Henry as a core processor is a plus.

 

Duties include:Online Setting up Net teller and cash management usersCustomer service for Online Net teller and cash managmentOpening Act online account openingAudits ATM/Debit card changes, activity and maintenance.Performs data entry on deposit accounts and customer information.Responsible for data review of all customer and deposit account information.Responsible for new accounts reviews.DIME Document ImagingBSA/CIP reviewBack office bank operations
