Branch Manager

The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall daily management of all Branch office activities and is a vital link in the development and retention of Alliance Credit Union branch staff.  This position requires excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, the ability to set priorities and complete goals. Alliance Credit Union Branch Managers are take-charge individuals who like to recommend positive changes and are always striving to achieve staff and member service excellence.  Staff and members alike rely on this person to provide a friendly teamwork atmosphere built on a foundation of financial stability.

Qualifications: 
1.  College degree preferred.

2.  Thorough knowledge of credit union or bank operations and functions.  Previous management experience in new accounts, member services and sales, teller department operations, and/or lending.

3.  Knowledge of the financial services industry.  (Credit union background preferred)

4.Previous experience in supervisory or leadership positions.
5.Moderate computer and accounting skills required.
6.  Moderate business communication skills - particularly writing skills - required.

7.  Must have reliable transportation for servicing outside ATMs or assisting other branches at a moment's notice.
8.  Must be available for Saturday hours.

Financial Services Representative

The FSR position requires maturity and the ability to listen, solve member needs and problems and meet member needs by offering credit union products and services.  The FSR position is multi-task oriented and often times requires the ability to move from problem solving and consulting to educating members on lending products.
We are looking for a candidate with the following attributes:

Qualifications:  
1.  High school degree, some college preferred
2.  Member/Customer service experience - specific financial experience preferred
3.  Consulting experience
4.  Strong communication skills - must love helping people!!
5.  Good math skills
6.  Must be available to work Saturdays

Teller

Our Tellers are our strongest link in our relationship with our members. Tellers are responsible for performing banking transactions accurately and quickly, while responding to other customer service requests.  Tellers are responsible for proactively assessing members' accounts and situations, then recommending appropriate services to improve the members' financial positions.  Tellers also assist with overall cash management at the branch.Alliance Credit Union Tellers understand the need to provide warm, friendly service, and thrive in an environment built on teamwork and respect for others.

Qualifications:
1.Customer service experience required.
2.  Cash handling experience required.
3.  Knowledge of banking or credit unions preferred.
4.Moderate computer and accounting skills preferred.
5.  This position includes Saturday hours.
