Branch Banking President needed in Rural Wyoming

Our client is a growing community bank that is looking for a Branch President in a group that has doubled their asset and deposit base in the last 12 months. You will be in a lucrative situation where the bonus and differed compensation, combined, could be up to 45% of the base salary. The person you would report to is very hands off and offers a lot of creative control. This executive will let you run the bank as your own and become the decision maker for the area.  The branch needs a leader, someone who can get the most out of people and empower them to make decisions.  This is a senior management position, and with people retiring, it is a great opportunity for you to grow.  This bank has a community feel yet is well capitalized and has the products to offer the total relationship to customers. You will have loan authority, which could be up to $500 thousand.
