In this position you'll be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the retail branch. Emphasis is placed on insuring the branch effectively supports the organization's 'brand' through its sales and service efforts while maintaining effective control over it's operational aspects and exposure.Ideal Candidates will have the ability to effectively coach employees, knowledge of banking products, services, policies, procedures and regulations and a Bachelors Degree with a minimum 5 years related management experience in a financial service or retail organization.---------------------
