Branch Manager - Mountlake Terrace

The Branch Manager is responsible for primary guidance and leadership of branch operations. The responsibilities of the Branch Manager include developing and maintaining all aspects of a sales and service culture, providing guidance to all aspects of the branch operations and overseeing employee development. In addition, they ensure that established policies and procedures are followed, and that the branch business plan achieves positive growth. The Branch Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining a team environment as well as ensuring that the team is consistently providing our clients with superior quality service, in keeping with our company culture and values.
