BRANCH MANAGERS

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Self-motivated, driven management professionals with proven leadership skills and a track record of meeting sales goals needed to oversee branch functions, meet and exceed branch goals and generate new business. Previous sales management experience and familiarity with the respective community is a must.

 

· As team leader of the branch, you will lead, coach, train, and manage the staff to insure the branch achieves sales goals and exceeds customer satisfaction.

· Ensure branch operational integrity through communication and compliance in all branch policies and procedures.

· Meet or exceed assigned branch core deposit goals.

· Generate additional bank business through in-branch sales, phone sales and external business development.

· Actively participate in branch functions and community activities to promote bank’s image and growth

· Constantly build rapport with business partners.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

· PRIOR SALES MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED; BANKING OR FINANCIAL SERVICES EXPERIENCE PREFERRED.

· Business development experience required

· Outstanding leadership quality with strong ability to supervise and instruct

· Proven track record in meeting sales goals, deadlines and branch goals

· Commercial lending experience desirable

· Proven communication and math skills

· Strong PC skills including Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint and Internet

· High School diploma/GED required; college degree preferred

· Familiarity with the respective community is a must

· Bilingual helpful
