Member Service Rep Duties:

 

·          Provide professional member service

·          Promote & refer products & services

·          Open checking & savings accounts

·          Disburse loan proceeds

·          Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers & payments

 

 

Qualifications: We are looking for charismatic people with positive attitudes who have the desire to serve and make a difference.

 

·          High School diploma or equivalent

·          1-3 yrs experience in a retail sales culture

·          Strong and proven work ethic

·          Proactive and competitive nature

·          Proven customer service skills

·          Strong interpersonal & communication skills

·          Ability to be adaptable and flexible

 

Shift: May vary, must be available Monday-Friday 8:30am-6:30pm, and some Saturdays 8:30am-2:30pm.
