Branch Operations Specialist 1

Performs assigned operations (commercial, retail and/or private client group) within assigned market(s).  Interacts with branches as subject matter expert and active team member in supporting branch growth and goals to ensure sound operational understanding and implementation of operational procedures.  Ensures successful results in each branch in areas of compliance and loss control through employee training and direct monitoring of tasks.  Makes recommendations to management on organization and workflow.  Establishes communication, training and reporting process to ensure branches are operating to most current operational and security processes.  Acts as primary resource for branch personnel to clarify and verify operating procedures and policies.  Jointly responsible along with branch management for successful Retail Quality Assurance (RQA) reviews. Your Career is Here.Basic Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experiencePreferred Skills/Experience - Strong knowledge of bank operations policies and procedures - Strong knowledge of applicable banking laws and regulations - Strong knowledge of applicable operating and computer systems - Some knowledge of retail products - Well-developed customer relations skills - Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills - Good organizational and project management skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously Email this Job to a Friend View all opportunities Job TItle: Branch Operations Specialist 1 Location: Seattle, WA Job Status: Full Time, Employee Job Category: Sales/Retail/Business Development Career Level: Experienced (Non-Manager)
