For more information, please visit www.Fiserv.com POSITION PURPOSE: This position is a primary business resource for management, technical and support staff and the liaison between the clients, management and the technical staff. THIS POSITION REQUIRES PRIOR LOAN ORIGINATIONS EXPERIENCE OR EXPERIENCE DEVELOPING LOAN ORIGINATIONS SYSTEMS OR CREDIT ANALYST EXPERIENCE IN THE AUTO FINANCE.RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Functional specifications (software design, documentation preparation).2. Oversee Business Analyst resources assigned to projects. 3. Provide pre-sales support as required (i.e. RFPs, demos, etc.)4. Manage the clients, including data and financial conversions and crisis management.5. Internal business resource.6. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor’s degree (e.g. B.A., B.S.) or equivalent Job Related Experience: 5 – 8 years 1. Ability to solve problems requiring extensive data gathering, investigation, review, and analysis to define the problem, locate its source, and then develop/implement solutions. Sources are difficult to define before developing appropriate solutions. Problem solving requires the use of complex analytical techniques and innovative thinking.2. General responsibilities and objectives are assigned with considerable latitude for defining actions and setting priorities. Generally, results and outcomes are reviewed, rather than work in progress.3. Ability to make innovations that will result in the creation of completely new policies, work procedures, equipment design, services, and/or products.4. Ability to read, understand and interpret complex business or technical subjects; must be able to discuss or explain this data with others, either internal or external to Fiserv.5. Knowledge of auto leasing, consumer finance and operations.6. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products a plus.7. Knowledge of standard quality assurance and testing procedures and practices.8. Superior oral and written communication skills.9. Knowledge of federal and state tax laws a plus. 10. Ability to manage project resources and meet deadlines.11. In depth knowledge of mainframe data tools, such as TSO and FileAid a plus.12. Working knowledge of corporate tax and sales tax reporting a plus.13. Prior financial systems and operations experience a plus.14. Must be able to solve problems quickly and effectively.15. Self motivated with ability to handle crisis situations in a calm, efficient and effective manner.16. In depth knowledge of Fiserv products preferred.17. Financial accounting/reconciliation experience.18. Superior analytical skills required.19. Exceptionally strong product knowledge.20. Superior organizational and time management skills.21. Strong presentation skills with ability to develop training materials and execute client project presentations.22. Staff management experience a plus.
