Business Analyst- Cost Allocation

Overview of Role   - In support of the enhancement of a global allocation tool and the standardization of Shared Services allocation methodologies; - Analysis of firm-wide cost allocation process and change requirement; - Identify opportunities for process enhancement and quantifiable savings; - Assist in project planning and reporting; - Become allocation system subject matter expert; - Coordinate and assist in performing user acceptance testing; - Support chart field set ups and changes; - Assist in preparation of business requirements for allocation enhancements; - Interface with IT and users on change requirements; - Providing user trainings; - Provide support on cost allocation application to users globally; - Provide support in financial reconciliations; - Provide support on the implementation of inter-regional allocations (Legal vs. MIS); - Provide support on the implementation of an allocations solution for use in the Strategic Business Plan; - Provide business support on PeopleSoft allocation tool upgrade.

It provides companies, institutional clients and high-net-worth private clients worldwide with advisory services, comprehensive solutions, and innovative products.Main Duties/Responsibilities of the Role   Skills and Experience   - Knowledge in activity based costing and allocations; - Prior experience in financial analysis, management reporting, budgeting and planning; - Experience in Project management; - Meticulous and attentive to details; - Analytical mindset, able to handle multiple tasks and problem solve; - Ability to work effectively in a team or independently as an individual as required by Project tasks; - Comfortable with dynamic & global working environments; - Excellent communication skills. - Preferably 3 to 5 years in similar banking industry

- Conversant with Information Technology processes and activities; - Prior knowledge of Hyperion Essbase and PeopleSoft Financials are definite advantages. - Strong Microsoft PowerPoint, Access and Excel skills
