Business Analyst II

Support Analyst within the Office of IT Risk Management, responsible for assisting IT Risk Manager in consulting with IS departments and Audit staff to ensure timely completion of outstanding items as they relate to Sarbanes Oxley, OCC, or other audit related items. This includes tracking and reporting of outstanding issues. Additionally, this role will consult with the IT Risk Manager to assist with proactive identification of compliance issues with a mindset to deliver effective but efficient controls in a timely manner.Excellent organizational, written, verbal communications, interpersonal and listening skills. Strong administrative skills (MS Office products, ability to multi-task, ability to coordinate multiple activities). Strong understanding of technical concepts. Ability to effectively communicate to technical and non-technical management. Articulate documentation skills Solid negotiation / collaboration skills. Able to consult with and present to various levels of IS management, clients, and technical resources. Able to monitor and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
