Business Associate 1

Job Description: Provides routine sales, marketing, and operations support to an assigned team of Business Relationship or other Managers. Responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service, gathering required data and providing preliminary assessments on the performance of existing accounts, and providing information on possible new services for the customer. Assists in the solicitation and follow-up on customer operational needs, requests and resolution of problems. Assists and follows through on cross selling opportunities. Minimum Qualifications: 2 yrs admin or retail expDemonstrated organizational & time mgmt skills Excellent communication skillsProficient in Windows based software Preferred Skills: Prior banking experience a plus!
