We are seeking a commercial credit trained small business lender who enjoys working closely with their clients.  This bank promotes strong relationship banking and the client is always the focus.  The position will be based in West Dundee and will cover Elgin and the surrounding area. 

 



The ideal person will be former ideally credit trained, will possess strong credit skills along with very good marketing and relationship management skills as they will be managing the ongoing needs of the clients.  This Business Banker must be bi-lingual in Spanish to support the needs or this community.  The ideal individual filling this role must have previous business to business or financial services sales experience, a proven track record in exceeding sales goals, and a demonstrable understanding of small business operations and financing needs.
