Business Banker / Commercial Loan Officer

We are seeking a successful commercial relationship officer that will help us take our business to the next level. If you have substantial expertise in commercial lending and/or business banking, we'd like to talk.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

 

* Independently generate new relationships to small businesses (typically with revenues of $25MM or less), underwriting, structuring, and efficiently closing transactions, with particular emphasis on lines of credit, equipment loans, and asset based term loans, in amounts from $500k to $5.0MM.

 

* Coordinate the sales process and service delivery with your analyst, the cash management staff, and other team members, to provide a high-level of client service and efficiently close deals that are of benefit to both the bank and your client.

 

 

Additional Requirements:

+ Good natured self-starter

+ Adept at using a Consultative Sales approach

+ Demonstrated success in Business Development and Excellence in Service

+ Highly disciplined individual with extensive experience in independently originating, underwriting, and closing commercial loan transactions.

+ Seasoned professional with a deep understanding of commercial banking and finance, and a broad understanding of accounting, economics, and the regulatory environment for banks

+ Strong networker, with client relationships in the local market, that can add value to the bank and its clients by connecting them with individuals that can help them succeed.

+ Minimum of 7 years of direct experience

Relationship Manager, Corporate Banking, Business Banking, Community Banking, Asset Based Lending, Cash Flow Analysis, Credit Underwriting, Cash Management Sales, Credit Training

 

 

Compensation commensurate with experience: includes salary, bonus potential, and excellent benefit package.
