Growing Bank…..Great Opportunity! Immediate opening for a business banker with 3 to 5 years of experience in the Cincinnati market. If enjoy the latitude to make decisions and prefer true relationship banking then this is an opportunity you won’t want to pass up!  Description:·  Retain and strengthen current business banking relationships and seek to develop new business·  Develop strategies for maintaining and further penetrating existing b2b accounts·  Execute the strategy with calls, visits, needs assessment, customer qualification and meeting follow-up to maintain enhance and expand business customer relationships·  Assist customers in analyzing problems and propose appropriate b2b solutions·  Respond promptly to customer issues, questions, and concerns·  Build strong partnerships with branch associates to facilitate the flow and generation of referrals and leads for business banking expansion as well as related consumer business·  Analyze financial statements ·  Make financing proposals for commercial loans·  Negotiate terms and conditions for loans, leases, etc. in your role as a commercial lender·  Aggressively solicit new commercial lending business·  Actively cross-sell bank products to business banking clients and prospects·  Maintain community involvement Qualifications:·  Bachelors Degree in Finance or Business Administration·  Minimum 3 years experience in a business banking sales role – MUST have Business-to-Business (B2B) skills·  Good customer interaction skills, including strong oral and written communication skills·  Knowledgeable on bank products to include credit, international, cash management, leasing and consumer products·  Skilled in analyzing credit financial information of small businesses; offering bank products accordingly·  Experience in commercial lending helpful – both commercial real estate and C&I preferred All searches we perform are strictly confidential to protect client confidentiality.
