Description:ResponsibilitiesGeneral Statement of Duties: A Business Insights Analyst supports internal and external business partners with data driven business insights and reporting for a particular set of brands.A Business Insights Analyst identifies analytic solutions to business problems through the following duties:Primary resource for all key credit data compilation, comparison, and sensitivity analysis development. Analyzes data trends and CRM patterns over time to make strategic recommendations to the client regarding the direction of their business or specific products. Strong involvement in initiatives such as proformas, financial reporting, and forecasting. Partners with Business Analysis Manager and Senior Business Analysts in developing interpretive insights on key credit and general marketing data.Supports Client Sales teams in providing strategic CRM solutions to exceed the clients needs and expand their competitive advantage. Supervision Received: Reports to Business Analysis Manager or Senior Business AnalystSupervision Exercised: No supervisory responsibility Examples of duties: (Any one position may not include all of the duties listed, nor do the listed examples include all that may be found in this job.) Compile, audit, interpret, and deliver both internal and client recurring reporting.Build program forecasts and track and report results to management teams. Forecasts will be used to generate, re-forecast, and update current year budget, which will feed into semi-annual overall business review, competitive assessment, key learnings, and creation of following years budget.Utilize campaign result data to evaluate the performance of credit campaigns and provide recommendations on enhancements to campaign strategies. Utilize various software packages to extract, compile, and present strategic recommendations to clients in a professional format.
