Business Planning and Analytics Officer for Latin America

The Business  Planning and Analytics Officer reports to the LATAM CFO.   This position main objective is to provide the financial analytics to make business decisions related to both organic and inorganic growth in the Region.      Core Responsibilities Responsible for the financial planning cycle Responsible to provide monthly financial performance information to the Management Team· Design performance indicators and metrics that facilitate transparency and measure the effectiveness of sales and product teams.  Play an active role in project evaluation and acquisitions evaluation, providing metrics and analytics to support business decisions Back Up the Latin America CFO as necessary Must be familiar with the Wealth Management segment in Latin America Perform other duties as necessary This position is based at Stanford Financial Group’s Latin America Regional Office in Miami, Florida. Valid Working Permit in US is required. No relocation provided. Reporting Relationships Reports to:  Latin America Chief Financial Officer  Additional KeyRelationships: All the Vice Presidents for the Latin America Regional Office The Presidents of each Business unit, located in Latin America’s countries   Candidate Requirements  7+ years of financial experience within the Financial Industry 3+ years of experience within Latin American Wealth Management Segment High command of Financial Modeling Experience in designing strategies for short, mid and long-term financial plans. Fact based and analytical in approach. Deploys structured and rigorous approaches to problem solving. Experience in M&A deals Ability to work effectively at all levels with business, Products,  and other functions, to ensure financial analysis discipline in the business decision making process · Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to articulate his or her view concisely and persuasively.· High-energy, positive, and assertive professional, prone to execution, and an ability to inject pace and vigor into the organization.· A high potential individual with a strong intellect.  Capable of growing with the organization and maintaining a firm posture and mindset. Education A Bachelors degree is required, a Masters degree in a Business related field or a CPA is preferred. . Languages Fluency in Spanish and English is required. Portuguese is a plus.
