Business Production Analyst

The American National Bank of Texas (ANB), headquartered in Terrell, TX, is seeking a experienced career minded individual to join our team.  ANB is the fifth oldest independently owned bank in Texas with over 28 locations in Kaufman, Dallas, Hunt, Collin, Rockwall, Van Zandt, Johnson and Tarrant counties and greater than $1.5 billion in assets.

The incumbent in this position designs and creates database reports that various end-users will use to evaluate their methods of business.  This position is also responsible for measuring, analyzing and reporting information, which will have an impact in various ways in which the Bank will prospect, manage and service commercial relationships.  Along with training various users how to use the databases and reports, this position will also support users in relation to databases and reports.  This position will collaborate with Management and submit recommendations to maximize production efficiency based on report findings.  Other duties as required.

 

 

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational experience; minimum of three years experience in banking industry preferred; minimum of one year experience with database creation and administration; strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to recommend and implement changes; ability to understand and problem solve technical processes or, when such knowledge is not available; ask exceptional questions and produce great results; ability to effectively prioritize; intermediate to advanced knowledge and proficiency with all Microsoft Office products; ability to learn and apply new skills.
