Business Systems Analyst II - Consumer Lending

Job Description:Provide production support and small to medium project support for PNC and PNCCS on systems utilized by Consumer Lending. Responsible for Primary BA support of the Floor Plan application (FPL - Web & Mainframe based - Currently, Visual FoxPro through a Citrix connection, will be going to Thin Client in the future which will allow QTP automation) . Other assignments/Application support may be ad hoc for specific tasks or may be rotated throughout the department for specified periods of time or assigned as secondary/back-up support. Incumbent will interact with service partners and clients, both internal and external to coordinate analysis and implementation of systems issues and key business initiatives. Will be expected to recommend business and technical strategies that solve business problems. May also be expected to provide project requirement and administrative support to senior business analysts or project managers.Participate, with other team members, in an on-call systems validation rotation to provide daily systems status to key CLC Line of Business and CLT Technology Management/Leadership for specific Application On-Lines, Reports, Interfaces, Helpdesk tickets, and network/telecommunications.May participate in the evaluation and beta testing of system / software enhancements or upgrades to determine their utility for service partners. Meet with service partners to familiarize them with the role of business analysis / MIS team and our policies and procedures.Required Skills: Prefer 2 - 4 years experience, within Consumer Lending, related to business system analysis and system testing. Incumbent must be highly organized, have excellent communication, and demonstrate effective problem solving/analytical skills. Ability to multitask, operate effectively in a team based organizational structure, and value/demonstrate high levels of service delivery to service partners/clients. Ability to quickly learn about the operations of the Consumer Loan Center businesses and the functions of the related technology systems. Readily adopt new technologies/operating procedures. Ability to operate in a fast-paced/demand management environment. Additional preferred skills: Strong knowledge of applications used by PNC Consumer Lending. Primary application experience in Floor Plan (FPL) with secondary application skills to include: ACLS, Collection Management (CMS), Recovery Management (RMS) and/or Strata. This includes the ability to utilize one or more of these applications as a part of their current daily job functions. Working knowledge of data interrogation software tools such as Crystal, SAS, Focus, File-Aid and strong skills with PC/standard office products (e.g. Excel, Word, Access, PC/Mainframe MACRO, etc.) is also preferred.
