Business Technology Analyst 5 - Technical Implementation Manager - Release Management

The Technical Implementation Manager will work with the project team and support groups to coordinate events in setting up new application into UAT and Production.  Responsible for providing release direction by educating and ensuring US Bank standards and policies are being meant for migration into production.  Manages complex implementations between various development groups.  Frequently interfaces with development groups, support teams and business lines, including senior management to ensure quality and timeliness of  implementations. Apply today…it could be your first step to a Five Star Career!Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - Eight or more years of experience in project management, and computer technology applications and analysis Preferred Skills/Experience: Has a working knowledge of US Bank’s 2nd & 3rd level support process.  Through understand of US Bank’s change management process.  Maintains a high awareness of the bank technology.  Understands Web and Network terminology.  Able to work independently and direct teams to follow Implementation standards.  Understands the TOS project management process.  High-level of initiative, strong communication and interpersonal skills.  Comfortable working with various levels of management.  Motivated, self-starter and team player.  Strong management, leadership and organizational skills.  · 8+ years working in a support environment. 3+ years experience working in a project management environment.
