To identify emerging issues and provide recommendations, advice and insight about the probable effects of alternative courses of action. ·  Works closely with management to identify, study, and resolve a variety of financial, operational and/or system opportunities and problems. ·  Conducts empirical research, build appropriate performance indicators and performs advanced analytics, modeling and simulations.·  Analyzes various aspects of the business unit’s product and/or services pipeline to include strategic, tactical and process performance metrics and identification of business improvement opportunities.  Target:·  Thorough knowledge of relevant financial service industry products and services ·  Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional, multi-dimensional teams and projects ·  Highly refined skill and experience in interpreting statistical analysis and modeling tools. ·  In-depth knowledge of data querying, reporting, forecasting, analysis and operations research, including statistical methods and modeling. ·  Demonstrated experience identifying relevant analytical problems and determining appropriate diagnostic methods. ·  Highly developed communication skills including preparing and presenting results, findings and alternatives and influencing management decision makingDesired:·  Strongly preferred is an advanced degree in Finance, Management, Statistics, Economics or related area Benefits: We offer an outstanding benefits package: competitive health benefit package, a retirement plan; educational assistance program; a professional development program and annual bonus To be considered please apply online at, www.navyfcu.org/about/careers.html Recruiter: Kara Choi kara_choi@navyfederal.org
