Required SkillsHigh school diploma. or equivalent. Three to five years experience in a customer service environment. Experience in a commercial lending environment is preferred. Comprehensive knowledge of PNC Business Bank Small Business Lending products, services and Loan Operations processes required. PC and related skills are necessary. Needs to be proficient in the following systems: Microsoft Word, Excel, Appro, CAF, Power I, ACBS, ACLS, Credit Administration Tracking System (CATS), Lotus Notes.  Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills to effectively interface with Business Banking Loan Center personnel and other users. Resolve all routine and complex problems with little support from management.Job DescriptionPerform a wide variety of support duties in the processing of credit requests in the Credit Administration Center. These duties include Queue Management to determine loan application system and underwriting team, review applications for completeness based on Credit Policy and Compliance Requirements, deposit and loan systems clearances, calculating Borrower’s Total Relationship Exposure and Business Segment Determination, data entry on the appropriate application processing systems, track all financial information and perform system maintenance to the Covenant and Financial Requirements in the Credit Administration Tracking System and complex problem resolution. Channel all modification requests and determine if request is considered a Major or Minor Modification. Minor Modifications are approved and serviced by CAC Support Specialist III (CACIII) Major modifications are processed by CACIII and forwarded to Underwriting for review. Serve as the Communication Center for various service partners including Business Banking, Branch, PNC Advisors, NFSC and Treasury Management. Provide numerous Service activities for the market. These activities include Rate and Fee Over-rides, NFSC Closings and Sales Credit issues, monitoring, distributing all requests received in the BusBank General Mail Box and ordering Credit Reports and Searches.
