Call Center Representative

USAlliance Federal Credit Union is a full-service financial institution with over 40 years of experience seeks experienced  Call Center Reps for our Corporate Headquarters in Rye NY. 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES Assist membership by providing quality service and information in a pleasant, prompt, and efficient manner via telephone (majority inbound calls), e-mail, or correspondences. Research and solve member questions, problems, and complaints concerning credit union accounts. Perform member transactions, including but not limited to opening and closing accounts, deposits, withdrawals, journals, cash advances and loan payments. Complete loan applications by phone. Provide members with an account status, including current balances, account history and loan payoffs. Actively and professionally cross sell Credit Union services

 

QUALIFICATIONS

   

· Ability to communicate effectively, tactfully and professionally.

· Enthusiastic in Sales and Services.

· Able to speak Spanish a plus. (not required)

· 1-3 years Credit Union or banking or call center experience

· Ability to work rotating schedule - Call Center opened 7AM -7PM Monday – Friday APPLICATION
