CAM License Bilingual Property Manager

Property Management Company located in North Miami currently has excellent opportunities available for portfolio and on-site licensed Property Managers. The ideal candidates must be polished and professional individuals with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.  The candidate must demonstrate knowledge of office procedures and proven ability to exercise discretion, good judgment, and take initiative. Attention to detail and strong interpersonal and organization skills are required. Must be able to prioritize and manage multiple projects. Candidate will need to be focused, pro-active and highly skilled.Job Responsibilities:  

·Manages residential real estate properties and associations for clients
  maintaining and preserving association's asset via expense control and  revenue optimization. · Provides superior service to the Board of Directors and all association 

  members. · Adheres to all policies and procedures as set forth by the Management

  Company and or Community Associations as described in their condo docs and
 
  by-laws. · Arranges for alterations, maintenance, upkeep, and /or reconditioning of    property as needed following Board instructions and in accordance with the   Annual Operating Budget. · Directs and reports on status of property at association and board meetings. · Assists with preparation and execution of liens for maintenance fees in compliance with directions from the association’s legal counsel and Board of   Directors. · Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of

  community employees.

Requirements: · Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish is a must. · Typing and computer skills, including proficiency of Microsoft Office applications such as: Word and Excel. · Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. · Exceptional attention to detail is required. · Organizational skills are extremely necessary. · Must have great interpersonal skills and be team player. · Professional appearance and conduct is essential. · Punctuality and reliability are crucial.
