CBNA Price Management - Project Lead

Additional information may be found at www.citigroup.com or www.citi.com Citi Inc. and its subsidiaries ("Citi") are equal opportunity employers M/F/D/V and do not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected status or characteristic.The CBNA Project Leader for Price Management will manage complex Retail Bank projects that encompass multiple functions, systems and operating locations across the US.  Key responsibilities include: * Develop and track aggressive implementation milestones.  * Anticipate potential issues/obstacles and work with business managers to resolve in a timely fashion.* Develop an understanding of the competitive, regulatory, and legal in assessing opportunities for pricing strategy development.* Understand program performance and impact on business plan and business P&L  *Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s degree preferred* Five plus years of successful project management experience* Demonstrated experience with Retail Banking products and operations required* Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills* Ability to take initiative and deliver results* Success in working with large teams from varied disciplines * Strong communication (presentation, written and verbal) skills required* Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint and Project skills required* Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills* Ability to use creative problem solving techniques to solve business issues* Confidence to work across management levels* Certification in Project Management and/or Six Sigma preferred* Knowledge of business P&L
