COML Operations Manager II

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

- Continously  monitor loan portfolio through past due reports, delinquency reports and watchlists.
- Contact borrowers/managing agents on past due loans.
- Manage collection staff to ensure that objectives are being met and  investor requirements adhered to.
- Update and communicate with Senior Management and with bank counsel.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

-  Applicants must possess some college experience and preferable, a college degree.

-  Minimum five years experience in collections and mangement.

-  Knowledge of commercial real estate documentation and basic undertanding of

underwriting.



-  Must be articulate and possess sound communication skills.



-  Possess collection skills and techniques.



-  Knowledge of collection process, foreclosures and bankruptcies.



-  Possess management skills with the ability to manage a staff of 4-6 people.
