Provides technical and operational support to National and large Commercial Banking customers for approximately 35 different Cash Management/DDA products and delivery systems(i.e., controlled disbursement, retail and wholesale lockbox, Online Express, etc)Ensures that contracted services are set-up properly and that customers are informed of product operating proceduresResolves daily operations problems working with the various departments in the Services Division, Account Managers, and Corp Services Sales ConsultantsProvides technical support and assistance to lower level CCSRsInputs and tracks all operating and system problems via Boks Quality Control SystemStreamlines/enhances the delivery system of assigned productsIdentifies and refers cross sell opportunitiesQualificationsExcellent knowledge of product delivery systems and on-line computer systems Excellent knowledge of banking and cash management products Thorough knowledge of customer account management Thorough knowledge of Bank operations Good PC and software application skills; WordPerfect/Quattro Pro or similar software packages Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a competent and professional This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelors Degree and 2-3 years experience in a bank operations/customer service function or 8- 9 years equivalent experience in a bank operations/customer service function.
