COMMERCIAL LOAN OFFICER

Shoreline Bank is a fast-growing community bank in the metro Seattle area.  Job duties are as follows: Manage assigned loan portfolio in conformance with loan policy and underwriting guidelines.  Solicit business for commercial loans and lines of credit, consumer loans, new mortgages, credit cards, merchant card accounts, and other credit products and deposit products.  Compiles and analyzes data for loan requests.  Prepares complete and accurate write ups for loan files and approvals as required. Maintains knowledge of bank policies and procedures, especially with respect to loan approval and required documentation.  Orders, through loan servicing, credit reports, appraisals, background checks, reference checks and other information as needed on loan applicants. Make recommendation to Chief Credit Officer regarding terms and conditions for loan packages. Outlines loan terms and conditions, and informs the borrowers of loan commitments.  Provides reports on the status of loans in processHandles customer problems and complaints; counsels customers  Participate in the planning and execution of training sessions. This listing is not complete.  A full job description canl be furnished upon request.  Candidate should have 3 to 5 years experience as a successful commercial loan officer.  We offer competitive compensation and benefit packages.
