COMMERCIAL LOAN PROCESSOR/CLOSER-ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

First State Bank of the Florida Keys is a fast growing community bank with assets of almost $800 million and 13 branches from Key Largo to Key West. We are seeking a fast-paced, detail oriented candidate to assist our Executive Vice-President/Senior Loan Officer with commercial loan production in Key West. Applicants must have excellent interpersonal skills, a helpful personality, and the ability to operate efficiently in a fast paced, exciting environment. Working well under pressure, meeting deadlines; working cooperatively within a large department; handling a high volume of valued customers; and assisting with the loan process from start to finish are crucial skills required in the position. Ideal candidates will be extremely organized, possess strong communication skills, and have prior banking experience preferably with lending or credit training, or related skills; some college education preferred.  Responsibilities will include assisting with loan production and closings, customer service, account management, delinquent accounts, and special projects.
