COMPENSATION ASSOCIATE
Description Prepares market analysis for salaried, hourly, and middle management positions. Evaluates jobs using established evaluation systems, determines grades, and prepares records of the validity of the evaluations. Conducts and participates in compensation surveys and analyzes results to determine their impact. Perform and respond to OFCCP audits. Maintain Merit/Incentive Database, Salary Planning Database and COMPAS compensation-related tables.RequirementsTwo years experience in human resources, compensation, or related experience. Bachelor Degree preferred. An additional two years experience in compensation administration may be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree. Recent college graduates with a major in Human Resources, Finance or Economics will be considered. Thorough knowledge of compensation practices, trends, and FLSA. Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting salary surveys, and making recommendations. Proficiency with database and spreadsheet software. Strong detail and deadline orientation. Ability to work as a member of a team. Ability to manage and prioritize assignments as need dictates.
