Pay,Benefits, & Work Schedule Hours per Week: 20 Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00pm-12:00am, or until work is finished Qualifications PC skills. Familiarity with bank documents. Ability to work well with numbers. Attention to detail. Ability to lift 10 lbs. or more. Ability to work a flexible work schedule. Responsibilities Receive incoming POD work from couriers and log utilizing Check Track, notify supervisor of any missing/late arrivals. Open red bags containing branch work and verify contents against enclosed Branch Bag listing sheet, document and report any and all discrepancies in accordance with predefined departmental policies. Prepare work for capture, ensuring deposit integrity and proper item orientation to include removing all miscellaneous add tapes, paper clips, rubber bands, etc. Fix mutilated items and dog eared items. Receive incoming ATM work from couriers and log same, notify Supervisor of any missing or late arrivals. Open bags and remove ATM deposits, verify batch tickets. Open and extract contents of ATM envelopes manually or via the OPEX 50/51. Other miscellaneous departmental functions and duties as requested.
