Pay,Benefits, & Work Schedule Hours per week: 40 Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Qualifications Strong telephone and customer service skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to work independently. Excellent written and communication skills. Working knowledge of PC Word/Excel. Responsibilities Reviews and validates customers' claims for unauthorized and fraudulent use of MasterMoney cards and off line debit disputes. Issues Provisional Credits, Credit reversals and General Ledger entries. Processes chargebacks; tracks and monitors customer disputes to ensure claim tasks are handled within Federal Regulatory E guidelines. Updates and maintains Claimtrack with case information. Position is accountable for timely and satisfactory response to customer inquiries, maintaining contact with customers, branch personnel, Phone Bank representatives, Corporate Security and periodically with the Legal Dept.
