We are seeking a CT Administrator - Data Team in Irving, Texas. The role of the CT Administrator-Data Team will be to act as a central producer of data management and coordination in support of most functional groups at DMS Irving.  The CT Administrator in the Data Team will support regularly scheduled, ad hoc and special data requests.  The Data Team partners with the Client Liaison Team and all functional units at DMS Irving in order to ensure that client deliverables are understood and that duties required to execute against them are performed.  The CT Administer in Data Team will apply customer centered judgment when working through breaks in process or deliverables, and escalate them through constant communication to internal partners.

 

Duties:

* Coordinate client and internal data end to end.

* Produce transaction reports.

* Maintain complete and updated procedures on all data handling.

* Bounce Data / Load Data.

* Process pool liquidations and transfers.

* Research and resolve data conflicts.

* Manage Agency transaction processes.

* Accurately tag collateral on the system all transactions requiring.

* Distribute transaction reports.

* Assist with issuance of Trust Receipts, Certifications.

* Submit requests for special reporting requirements / technology enhancements.

* Deliver required hand offs and communication to internal business partners.

* Participate in DMS special initiatives.

* Partner with production Units and peers to ensure appropriate data for transactions are received timely to meet SLA’s.

* Maintain record keeping (data, paper, correspondence) per procedures and requirements.

* Occasionally participate in conference calls with clients.

* Escalate issues to Client Liaison Team, Client Relations, and key internal partners as required.

* The ability to resourcefully seek and locate sources of information and/or solutions.

* Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.

* Ability to lift minimum of 20 lbs.

 

Preferred Experience Profile:

* One year experience in a DMS associate role or closely associated business unit.

* Previous experience in a data coordination or analyst role.

* Strong knowledge of WINCMSS and /or Promerit transaction processing.

* Strong knowledge of WINCMSS and/or Promerit reporting.

* Knowledge of Warehouse, Originator and Investment Bank business models.

* Expert use of Microsoft applications, including Access.

* Experience as a participant or leader of data or systems projects / initiatives.

* Experience in maintaining cost center records and budget data and spreadsheet requirements.

* End to end DMS transaction knowledge.

* High School diploma required.

* College degree preferred.

 

Knowledge of the following preferred:

* WINCMSS.

* WMS (Future ProMerit).

* CSX.

* RTDB.

* BODC.

* Phone / Fax / PC.

* AS400.

* MS Applications (Word, Excel, Access, Visio).
