Call Center Agent/Default Specialist Full Time PM

Take a few moments to see what we can offer you.You as a Call Center Agent will * Take inbound calls from our customers to resolve mortgage loan payment challenges.* Make outbound calls to work with customers towards payment resolutions. This involves obtaining financial information in order to assist mortgagee with repayment plan options.* Calculate payment plans * Analyze and explain payment history* Process ACH debit payments via the internet * Accurately update and maintain account information* Sufficiently meet established Service Level StandardsQualificationsYou and your skills * High School Diploma or Educational Equivalent* A minimum of one year call center experience required, collections experience a plus* Bi-lingual skills a plus* Must have the ability to listen and process information accurately* Excellent verbal and written communication skills required* Strong PC skills required with experience in Microsoft applications* Must be capable of working in a fast-paced and customer focused team environment
