Call Center Sales Manager

Call Center Sales Manager

Summary: Must be a highly motivated Inbound / Outbound Sales Manager who will lead and mentor a group of driven and dedicated sales professionals. Will hire and supervise inside sales team, focusing on revenue-generating activities with prospects and customers via phone, email, web chat and fax. In this role, the candidate will share sales knowledge and skills as a resource in the process of managing a call center. This individual must be able to maintain and improve the sales process and demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit to deliver on specifically defined results.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Hire, develop and train new and existing employees.
* Design, develop and implement Inside Sales Team processes from raw lead to closing.
* Creating sales environment that translate into increased sales.
* Coaching and counseling Sales Representatives.
* Design motivational contests, awards and incentive plans.
* Spend a minimum of 2 hours per day providing floor supervision (Side by sides).
* Monitor key productivity statistics (i.e., calls, duration, sales, call frequency, etc.), and provide feedback recommendations or disciplinary process with appropriate documentation.
* Enforce and adhere to all policies and procedures related to providing consistent, superior customer care.

Qualifications:
* 4-5 years of successful Call Center Sales management experience managing a team of Sale Customer Service / Telemarketing representatives and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to be persuasive and overcome sales objections
* Knowledge of principles and methods for promoting and Selling products or services over the phone
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a professional manner
* Demonstrated conflict resolution for handling client or prospect complaints/problems
* Ability to work independently according to procedures and policies given
* Be available to work before/after typical office hours to complete projects or resolve customer issues
* Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and MS Outlook (or similar email application)
* Strong organizational skills; attention to detail
* Undergraduate Degree in Business field or comparable work experience.
