Calling all French speaking Assistants needed - Westchester

Small International Investment Advisory Firm specializing in fund of hedge funds is seeking bilingual Personal Executive Assistant. The person must be fluent in both conversational and written French and English.


Candidate must have:
- Solid experience supporting a busy executive with both business and personal activities
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and tasks to achieve timely results
- Ability to handle confidential sensitive personal information with the highest degree of professionalism
- Outstanding written and verbal skills in both French & English
- Excellence in anticipating needs, taking initiative and thinking outside the box
- Superb organizational skills and attention to detail
- Track record of going above and beyond to ease the pressure of the busy executive
- Computer skills in Word, PowerPoint, Excel as well as Outlook/e-mails
- Valid drivers license
- Efficient and flexible nature
- Personality to be a cooperative team player
- Prior experience making travel arrangements, organizing meetings and appointments
- Capability to implement systems for files and calendar

SALARY: DOE + great benefits and bonus

Must have at least 5 years experience as an Executive/Personal Assistant
