Pay,Benefits, & Work Schedule Hours per Week: 40 Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM Qualifications Bachelors Degree in a related field or five years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Five years of Supervisor and Cash Management sales/service. Knowledge of branch and commercial banking products and any interlinking operations preferred. Proficiency in use of PC and current MS Office software applications. Strong communication skills; written and oral. Ability to elevate issues and identify solutions. Strong organizational skills with ability to effectively prioritize. Responsibilities Supervise a team of Analysts while supporting Cash Management Sales Representatives and their assigned customer base on a day to day basis. Coordinate proper implementation of Cash Management services to new and existing customers. Prepare product agreements, set up forms, and manage implementation process until fully executed for client use. Provide technical support to clients for the cash management information reporting systems including web and software. Assist with recurring customer support activities related to software customer product training and new account monitoring.
