Cash Management Sales Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Sales Analyst is responsible for providing support to assigned Cash Management Sales Officers, providing personalized and professional customer service to our Clients and implementing our Cash Management Services in an accurate and timely manner.  The candidate must be flexible, highly organized and possess excellent customer service skills.  Must have a broad knowledge of Cash Management Products and be familiar with the technical side of the cash management implementation.  Some travel will be required.

 

Sales SupportSupport Cash Management Sales Officers.  Participate in Onsite Customer visits Provide demo’s of Cash Management Services Assist in the coordination of RFP and proposals production Perform Pro-forma pricing analysis

Customer SupportTroubleshoot day to day customer calls for assigned clients. Work with internal business partners to resolve all customer issues. Assist customers with additional Cash Management Services Provide on-going Account Management

Service ActivationObtain appropriate customer Documentation Obtain all Relationship/Branch Approvals Work with internal business partners in implementing services Cross check various systems to ensure proper set-up Ensure proper billing is applied Provide status updates for MIS reporting, problem resolution and productivity tracking. QualificationsBachelor’s degree and/or 5-7 years experience in Commercial Banking with an emphasis in sales, customer service and cash management. Excellent Customer Service skills. Broad knowledge of Cash Management Services. Familiarity with Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, FiServ, Analysis System such as CAAWeb
