Cash Management Specialist

Major international Bank headquartered in downtown Los Angeles has an immediate opening for a Cash Management Specialist.  Will perform a variety of duties in the Cash Management Department and will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to Cash Management customers.  Will assist in promoting products and services to new and existing customers and prepare monthly billing statements.  Will work with other departments of the bank and with outside vendors to resolve problems.  Will perform administrative work for the department, prepare reports, maintain records and logs and perform other general office duties as assigned.  Will provide back-up support to other staff members.

 

Ideal candidate will possess 3 years of banking experience including working knowledge of cash management products, good knowledge of operational practices and policies, good analytical, organizational and mathematical skills, and basic knowledge of accounting.  Reliability and ability to work well independently are required.  Ability to plan, organize and handle multiple tasks despite numerous interruptions.  Excellent interpersonal skills with proven commitment to quality customer service.  Ability to deal with a wide variety of individuals by telephone and in person.  Strong verbal communication skills.
