CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER

 

Our client, Empower Credit Union, located in downtown Milwaukee with approximately $130 million in assets, has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Chief Operations Officer with at least eight years of progressive and innovative management experience within a financial institution.  This position is responsible for the overall daily operations of the Credit Union with an emphasis on lending, deposits, member services, and compliance.  Other responsibilities include facilities and human resource management and community relations.  This is a new position and reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer. 

 

Qualifications would include a bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field or comparable work experience, successful lending and deposit background (a must), measurable member service programs, and solid understanding of compliance administration.  The right candidate must be a self-starter, a strategic planner, and innovative.  Experience working within a growing organization preferred.
