We currently have an excellent opportunity in Walnut Creek, CA for a highly motivated, detail oriented professional to perform a variety of loan administration activities.

You will be responsible for performing commercial and construction real estate loan administration and documentation activities to ensure timely and cost-effective booking of new business. Requires working knowledge of title/escrow, appraisal, environmental and construction due diligence . Experience with letters of credit in support of taxable and non-taxable bond issues desireable. Must possess strong written/verbal communication skills to interact with borrowers, attorneys, outside vendors and bank personnel. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a high volume, fast paced environment are key to meeting funding deadlines. Knowledge of loan operations and strong mathematical skills . The position requires 4 - 6 years of relevant experience.
