Client Executive (VP) Real Estate Finance

International Banking Corporation seeking Client Executive (VP Level) in its emerging markets business.


SALARY:  Range starting at 90k


DESCRIPTION:  Lead origination and structuring of project financings in
emerging markets, coordinating with applicable Relationship Managers and
other overseas offices.  Call on sponsors and other banks in the project
finance space.  Lead and manage deal teams on new business opportunities
(both MLA and participation transactions).  Provide guidance to
subordinates on existing portfolio accounts and related
amendments/restructurings.
EXPERIENCE:  At least 7 years of historical and current project finance
experience in emerging markets.
SKILLS:  Marketing, structuring, credit analysis and problem solving
skills.  Ability to effectively function as the face of the bank on power
project financings.  Ability to contribute to preparation of credit
application and presentation materials, and manage subordinates and
deadlines on new business opportunities.  Ability to effectively present
new business opportunities to management and CDAD (Credit Dept. Americas
Division).
