Reports to: Director, Professional Services

Overview: This is a  Professional Services position that manages client implementations within the Company's project management process.  Candidates should have client facing experience leading multiple projects through the complete project lifecycle.  Projects should ideally be software deployment projects.

Travel: 25% domestically

Reponsibilities

- Leads client-facing projects to achieve success in customer satisfaction, quality, on schedule and within allocated budget

- Manages internal project staff resources to execute project plan and interface with client; motivate, direct and coach team members

- Develops and delivers customized Project Scope, Milestone Plan and other Project Planning documentation

- Achieves client approvals on project deliverables

- Liaises with the client at various organizational levels during the day-to-day management of the project

- Monitors progress against the project plan, raising and managing project issues, reviewing project risks and initiating risk minimization actions, escalating any major risks and issues to the Steering Committee.

- Produce Project Progress Reports to the client at regular intervals

- Liaises with sub-contractors, if any, to be sure their deliverables are on plan and budget.

- Responsible for future Financial and Staffing

- Strengthen project management skills via the Company's training program and deployments.

Experience required:

· A minimum of 2 years work experience in a business analyst or project management role

· Bachelor’s Degree

· Basic Technical awareness/SDLC exposure

· Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project
