Client Relations Rep II

This fast paced position will function as the primary support for 4-6 Commercial Relationship Managers. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: Coordinating with the loan documentation site to obtain loan documentation; performing necessary due diligence to ensure timely and accurate processing of loan products, and other bank products to meet client expectations. Responsible for ongoing relationship support which includes but is not limited to facilitating transactions, maintenance of both loan and Treasury Management products and resolution of client concerns for assigned clients. Also, where applicable, assist Relationship Managers and Treasury Management Officers with report generation, presentation/meeting materials, market mailings, faxing, copying, ordering supplies, filing, and general correspondence.Qualifications1-3 years experience in a customer contact environment with responsibility for the independent resolution of client concerns; 3-5 years with exposure to commercial real estate documentation (i.e. title work, land trusts, loan documentation).Proficiency in bank systems utilized for client support (i.e. deposit systems, loan systems etc.) and thorough knowledge of bank policies, bank products and services is preferred. Knowledge of commercial loan documentation required.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software is required. Strong organizational skills and an ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.Ability to independently identify, analyze, and solve problems while exhibiting Brand Promise behavior required.Outstanding listening skills and the ability to interpret the client s needs.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, professionalism and tact in delivering information to clients, sales officers, relationship managers, internal departments and external professionals required.
