This position will verify customer information, process account documentation/packages, troubleshoot, analyze and remedy customer concerns.Essential Functions-Answer inbound calls in a structured call center environment -Aggressively grow a profitable business model to achieve established revenue, production, and client satisfaction goals -Optimize revenue growth and retention of relationships through effectively assessing client financial needs -Actively cross-sell products and services to meet specific client needs. -Provide first call resolution in a professional, friendly, effective, and knowledgeable manner for all service related inquires -Develop extensive product knowledge of depository, loan, and retirement accounts to be able to service and sell -Meet and exceeds all sales and service goals set forth by the department on a monthly basis. -Position is responsible for research, verification, and providing documentation for client issues and /or inquires -Maintain a comprehensive technical and working knowledge of all systems utilized by KeyDirect -Effective use of telephone, personal computer, and communication skills -Maintain thorough knowledge of KeyDirect and KeyBank policies and procedures. -Provide procedural update to all processes via E-manuals-Perform related duties as may be required or necessary, such as keeping informed of financial markets, competitors, regulatory changes, and industry trends as related to virtual banking and retirement accounts. -Participates in special assignments/initiatives as requested. -Supports the Retirement Sales through Service call center during times of high call volumes and low Customer Service Levels if necessaryRequired Skills-Minimum two to three years of client service experience. -Demonstrated success in cross-selling and sales referring -Ability to multi-task between computer systems, products, and clients -Work under pressure and meet deadlines -Computer proficiency -Excellent phone communication skills -Strong written communication skills -High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience -Excellent organizational skills -Must show flexibility in work scheduleLife at Key is exciting, challenging, and rewarding.
